About Sona Haus

Born from a desire to bring elevated wellness experiences to Jackson, Sona Haus is a boutique hot yoga and Pilates studio rooted in intentional movement, warmth, and restoration.

Our classes are designed to challenge the body, calm the nervous system, and help you leave feeling stronger, clearer, and more connected than when you arrived.

The Approach

Wellness was never meant to focus on just one part of a person.

Modern life rarely creates space to slow down, reconnect, and recover. At Sona Haus, we believe wellness is most effective when it supports the whole person, not just physical fitness. Through intentional movement, infrared warmth, recovery, and rest, our classes are designed to build strength, improve resilience, quiet mental noise, and create lasting well-being. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s helping you feel more grounded, energized, and present in your everyday life.

Meet Elizabeth

Wellness became about more than movement.

For more than a decade, Elizabeth Farris dedicated her career to helping others learn, grow, and reach their potential as an educator. But it was through motherhood, yoga, and her own wellness journey that she discovered something equally important: the need for spaces that support not only physical health, but mental clarity, restoration, and connection.

As life became fuller and responsibilities grew, movement transformed from something she did into something she relied on. Yoga became a place to slow down, reconnect, and return to herself amid the demands of everyday life.

That experience sparked a vision.

Elizabeth saw an opportunity to create the kind of wellness space she wished existed in Jackson. A studio that felt elevated yet approachable, challenging yet restorative, and welcoming to both longtime practitioners and complete beginners.

Today, Sona Haus reflects that vision.

Every detail, from the infrared-heated classes and calming atmosphere to the thoughtfully designed client experience, was created to help people feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to themselves.

Because wellness should never feel intimidating. It should feel like coming back to yourself.

What the Studio Feels Like

A calming space designed to help people step away from the pace of everyday life.

Sona Haus was intentionally designed to feel softer, quieter, and more restorative than traditional fitness spaces. From the infrared warmth and thoughtful lighting to the intentional pacing of our classes, every detail was chosen to create an experience that feels welcoming, elevated, and easy to return to.

From the lighting and infrared warmth to the intentional pacing of classes and thoughtful post-class details, every element of the studio was chosen to create an experience that feels welcoming, elevated, and easy to return to consistently.

This is not a space centered around pressure, comparison, or performance. It’s a space designed to help people feel stronger, clearer, calmer, and more connected in their everyday lives.
