Sona Haus utilizes third-party providers for scheduling, membership management, and communications. These providers may include, but are not limited to, Mariana Tek Corporation, email communication providers, and SMS communication providers. 5. Email Marketing and Promotional Communications
Individuals who voluntarily provide contact information or subscribe to communications from Sona Haus may receive newsletters, announcements, promotions, founder updates, and other marketing communications. Recipients may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included within those communications.
6. Text Messaging Communications
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to class reservations, waitlist notifications, membership communications, appointment reminders, and Sona Hause updates. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Cookies and Analytics

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and Sona Haus cannot guarantee absolute security. Consequently, Sona Haus shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of Sona Haus, including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of Sona Haus staff, employees, independent contractors, instructors, volunteers, agents, representatives, and/or third parties.
