Studio Participation

Memberships + Billing

Memberships automatically renew unless canceled according to studio policies.

Memberships may include:

Cancellation Policy

Class cancellations and no-show policies may apply. Late cancellations or missed classes may result in fees or forfeited sessions depending on membership or class package terms.

Class Packs + Drop-In Classes

Studio Etiquette

Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward instructors, staff, and fellow members. Sona Haus reserves the right to deny service or terminate memberships for inappropriate conduct.

Health + Wellness Disclaimer

Sona Haus classes are not medical treatment or therapy. Clients should consult a physician before participating in physical activity, especially if pregnant, recovering from injury, managing medical conditions, or uncertain about physical limitations.

Infrared Heat

Clients understand that infrared classes involve heated environments and physical exertion. Hydration is strongly encouraged before and after class participation.
