By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing services, registering for classes, or participating in offerings provided by Sona Haus, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

These providers may include, but are not limited to Mariana Tek Corporation, Stripe Payments Company, and email and SMS communication platforms. 5. Purchases and Memberships

Memberships, class packages, workshops, retail purchases, and other services offered by Sona Haus are subject to separate Membership Policies. By making a purchase, you authorize Sona Haus and its payment processors to charge the payment method provided. All pricing, schedules, instructors, and services are subject to change without notice.

6. Health Disclaimer

Participation in yoga, Pilates, fitness classes, workshops, and related activities involves physical exertion and inherent risks. Information provided by Sona Haus, whether through the website, instructors, emails, social media, or other communications, is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Participants are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional regarding injuries, pregnancy, medical conditions, or other health concerns prior to participation.

7. Assumption of Risk

Participation in classes, workshops, and fitness activities is voluntary. Users acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical exercise and understand that additional assumptions of risk and liability releases are addressed in separate waiver agreements executed by participants.

8. Personal Property

Sona Haus is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto studio premises.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, written materials, branding elements, and other content displayed by Sona Haus are the exclusive property of Sona Haus, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission from Sona Haus.

16. SMS Messaging Terms

1. Program Description By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Sona Haus ("we," "us," "our") at the mobile number you provided.
