  • Not at all. Sona Haus was designed to feel welcoming and approachable for all experience levels, including complete beginners. Instructors provide guidance throughout class and encourage clients to move at their own pace.

  • Infrared heat feels softer and more breathable than traditional heated workout rooms. Rather than creating heavy, overwhelming heat, infrared warmth gently supports the body during movement and recovery.

  • Comfortable workout clothing you can move easily in is recommended. Most clients wear activewear such as leggings, shorts, sports bras, or lightweight athletic tops.

  • Every client’s routine looks different, but many members attend multiple classes each week to support consistency, recovery, stress relief, and long-term wellness.

  • Many clients arrive feeling the same way before their first class. Sona Haus was intentionally created to feel supportive, calming, and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door.

  • Some classes are more strength-focused while others are deeply restorative, but every experience is designed to feel supportive rather than intimidating. Clients are always encouraged to modify movement as needed.

  • Classes can be booked directly through the online class schedule. Advance booking is encouraged, especially for preferred class times and membership access.

  • Memberships include a 3 month commitment designed to help clients build consistency and create sustainable wellness routines before transitioning into month-to-month access. A 30-day notice is required for cancellations.
